What is VTM?
VTM (Vehicle Test Manager) Is software designed by Digital Forecourt for use by Authorised Testers in the Irish Vehicle Testing Network (VTN). Vehicle Test Manager was developed to satisfy the requirements set out by the Department Of Transport for recording and submitting computerised records of both light and heavy commercial (LGV & HGV) vehicle tests.
